The injectable product is available as a transparent gel, the active component of which is hyaluronic acid (HA) of non-animal origin with an optimum density of 20 mg/ml. Initially the volume is created by attraction of water molecules by sodium hyaluronate, and then after resorption of the gel it is maintained by activation of growth processes of own connective tissue formed by collagen and elastin fibers

The composition of the preparation also includes:

• phosphate buffer, which reduces tissue swelling after injections and maintains the skin's natural pH value;
• lidocaine (0.3%), which has an anesthetic effect that helps to relax the muscles and ensure a more precise result of lip augmentation.

The product is intended for injections in the perioral area. The indications for contour plastics with Juvederm Ultra Smile filler are:
