Returns and complaints

Returns:
The customer can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package.
To make a return, the product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

To make a return, the Customer must send a completed return form by e-mail to [email protected] and call the company at + (4845)9568855. The company manager will check the form and agree on the return of the goods with the Customer.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. The funds for the order are returned within 14 days of receiving the return shipment, in the same way the customer paid for the order

Complaints:
You have the right to file a complaint in the event of product defects.

A complaint does not cover situations that result from improper use or preparation of the preparation. We always recommend that you read the user manual, our recommendations for product use and recommendations for additional treatment equipment (e.g. appropriate needle size)

So that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible, please contact our customer service office or send us a short description of the defect by e-mail to [email protected]

Complaints are processed within 14 working days. If necessary, we will contact you to complete the information.

Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement of the product with a new one or a refund.
