Main characteristics

The active components of the chemical peeling MCA 35 are:

• monochloroacetic acid is a modified trichloroacetic acid (35%), which has a mild keratolytic effect and activates tissue restructuring;
• arbutin (10%) - glycoside with whitening effect, which is a non-toxic component of natural origin, has anti-inflammatory qualities, reduces swelling, prevents the formation of pigment spots;
• salicylic acid (2%), which has an antibacterial effect, reduces hyperkeratosis, and regulates the sebum secretion;
• magnesium gluconate (5%), which softens and soothes the skin, relieves irritation, and stimulates the production of ATP, a nucleotide that serves as a source of cellular energy;
• hyaluronic acid (1%), which provides hydration and biorevitalization of the skin. 

The biorevitalizing effect of the peeling is due to:

• microcirculation in tissues and acceleration of metabolic processes;
• destruction and elimination of defective structures - damaged cells, hyperkeratosis, "obsolete" collagen;
• proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes, activation of collagen and hyaluronic acid synthesis.

Application area

Procedure protocol

The application of peeling does not require preparation. The only restriction is a suntan. After visiting the beach and solarium at least 2 weeks must pass.

Manipulation in the salon, cosmetologist's office takes place in several stages: 

1. Cleansing the skin with a soft gel.
2. Degreasing the epidermis with a special solution.
3. Application of peeling composition (2-3 ml) using vinyl or nitrile gloves.
4. Removal of the peeling and application of regenerating cream.

To improve the condition and provide radiance of the skin, the composition is applied in 1 layer. For a pronounced rejuvenating effect, elimination of scars, pigment spots is required 2-3 layers. In the latter case, the procedure is recommended to be carried out in the autumn-winter period.

The course consists of at least 4 sessions, the interval between them is 10 days.
 

Result of application

The effect of acid exfoliation is already visible after a single procedure. The tone and relief of the skin become more even, wrinkles and scars are reduced. Redness, itching, irritation, swelling and peeling go away in 2-3 days. 

In the first days after the peeling you should not wash your face with water, use decorative cosmetics, lotions with alcohol. In addition, you should refrain from steam baths for the face, bathing procedures, swimming in the pool and open water. Sunbathing is prohibited for two weeks. Exposure to ultraviolet light may cause pigment spots.
 

Contraindications

Acid peeling with Inno-Exfo MCA 35 is not recommended in cases of:

• pregnancy, breastfeeding in the first 2-3 months of life;
• individual intolerance to the components of the preparation;
• acute respiratory infections, influenza, fever;
• exacerbation of herpes or other infectious diseases;
• eczema, psoriasis.

The session should be postponed if the patient has inflammations or non-healed wounds in the area of the planned peeling.
 

Storage and transportation conditions

Store at temperatures under +25C. Protect from sunlight and overheating. Do not freeze. After opening the vial it can be kept for up to 3 months in a refrigerator.
