Basic properties

Revitalizing meso-cocktail RRS Silisorg HA is a universal injectable preparation for hydration, regeneration and biostimulation of facial and body skin tissues. The unique formula including hyaluronic acid and organic silicon is suitable for young, with the first signs of aging and mature dermis, used for the prevention of aging and improvement of the overall skin condition. The product has proven to be particularly effective in dealing with imperfections caused by photo-aging of the skin and the effects of UV radiation.

Main characteristics

This mesotherapy product was developed by Philippe Deprez, a famous plastic surgeon and author of numerous developments in the field of cosmetology, and is produced by the Spanish company Aesthetic Dermal. The Silisorg series of the RRS line includes 3 products:

  • Silisorg is a solution without hyaluronic acid, used for skin biorevitalization, strengthening and stimulating hair growth;
  • Silisorg Tensor is a meso-cocktail with a high concentration of biorevitalizing complex, hyaluronic acid (0.5 mg/ml) and DMAE added, designed for skin rejuvenation and lifting for elderly patients (45-65 years old);
  • Silisorg HA is an anti-aging product with a powerful hydrating effect, designed for women and men aged 25-45.

The composition of Silisorg HA:

  • 50 mg/ml organic silica,
  • 20 mg/ml hyaluronic acid,
  • 0.25 mg resveratrol

Purpose: biorevitalization of the dermis and achieving the effect of hydration through a combination of silicon and hyaluronic acid; stimulator of collagen and elastin synthesis; tissue lifting.

The preparation for biorevitalization is recommended for patients aged 25 years and older. 

The product's innovative formula makes it possible to create a hydro-reserve in the dermal tissues for long-term hydration, triggers the synthesis of collagen and elastin, strengthens skin and protects cells from the damaging factors of the environment.

The preparation complies with high standards regarding effectiveness and safety and belongs to the III class of medical products.

The meso-cocktail is available in 5 ml glass vials. The price of RRS Silisorg HA is favorable for cosmetologists because they can choose to buy one vial or the whole package of 12 5 ml ampoules.

Application area

Intradermal injections of mesotherapy solution can be performed in the area:

  • face;
  • neck;
  • decollete;
  • hands;
  • shoulders and forearms;
  • back;
  • hips;
  • buttocks;
  • knees;
  • abdomen.

Indications for mesotherapy procedures are:

  • photoaging;
  • dryness, thinning of the skin;
  • fine lines and wrinkles;
  • loss of skin tone;
  • stretch marks.

Cocktail injections can be used as an independent product for anti-age therapy and together with other products of the RRS line (for whitening skin, removing bags and dark circles under the eyes, against cellulite).
 

Procedure protocol

Injections are performed on the skin previously cleaned and treated with antiseptic. Local application anesthesia is used to reduce pain. The solution is injected at a superficial level using a papule technique. For 1 injection, 0.05 ml of the preparation is used; the distance between the injections is 0.5-1 cm (depending on the area). For 1 area 5 ml of the cocktail is calculated. Recommended needle size is 30G, 32G.

The mesotherapy course consists of 4-6 sessions, the interval between them is 1 week. You can have 1-3 courses per year.

Mesotherapy and contour plastics can be combined in one procedure. Peels and laser procedures are allowed immediately after RRS Silisorg HA injections. The interval between botox injections and the start of mesotherapy should be at least 2 weeks.
 

Result of application

The biorevitalizing effect can be seen immediately after the treatment and is visible after the complete course of the treatment. Side effects in the form of redness, papules at the puncture sites and bruising disappear within a week. 

To avoid complications, you should avoid alcohol, hot baths, going to the sauna and swimming pool for 7 days after the procedure. For 2 weeks, you should avoid exposing the injection site to ultraviolet rays.
 

Contraindications

Injection therapy is prohibited when:

  • pregnancy, breastfeeding;
  • oncology;
  • blood diseases;
  • diabetes mellitus at the stage of decompensation;
  • autoimmune disorders;
  • severe allergic reactions in the anamnesis.

Temporary contraindications to intradermal injections of RRS Silisorg HA include a cold, taking thrombolytics or anticoagulants, presence of purulent inflammation on the skin in the area of the planned injections.
 

Storage and transportation 

Injection preparation should be stored at +2°C +35°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from damage, overheating, open sun, freezing.
