Main characteristics

The RRS meso-cocktail line was developed by Philippe Deprez. The plastic surgeon is known in the field of cosmetology as the author of numerous studies and the creator of products for injection and external application, designed to solve a variety of aesthetic problems. 

Under the RRS brand preparations for biorevitalization and meso-cocktails are produced for:

• skin brightening;
• smoothing of expression wrinkles;
• combating cellulite and stretch marks;
• hair growth restoration;
• elimination of dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.

The main purpose of RRS HA Tensor Lift injections is lifting the skin of the face and body.
The composition of the mesotherapy solution includes:

• unstabilized high molecular weight hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 6 mg/ml,
• organic silicon, 
• flavonoids, 
• DMAE, 
• vitamins, 
• antioxidants, 
• amino acids, 
• polyphenols, 
• micronutrients, 
• coenzymes.

Hyaluronic acid injected intradermally has a long-lasting moisturizing effect. Other components activate metabolic processes in dermal tissues, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, protect cells from the damaging effects of free radicals. The secret of the lifting action of the product is in the content of DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol). This component improves physical characteristics through increased blood supply to the blood vessels. As an ingredient in the cocktail, DMAE can reduce the area and depth of wrinkles, prevent cell deterioration and strengthen cell membranes. Its use in the preparation promotes the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that tones tissues and stabilizes cell membranes.

Application area

Universal product is intended for mesotherapy in the area:

• face;
• neck;
• decollete;
• abdomen (area around the navel);
• arms, hands;
• thighs.

The most common indications for the procedure are:

• sagging, deterioration of skin tone;
• drooping tissues of the lower third of the face;
• uneven surface of the skin;
• stretch marks.

Injections of the preparation are recommended for women and men aged from 35 to 55 years.
 

Procedure protocol

Manipulation is performed on the skin previously cleaned and treated with antiseptic. The solution does not contain lidocaine. Local application anesthesia is used to reduce pain.

The preparation is injected into the dermis using the bolus or micropapule technique in the amount of 0.1 ml per 1 point, the distance between the injections is 2 cm. The recommended needle size is 32G. A course of mesotherapy consists of 4-6 sessions once a week. The series of procedures can be repeated 1-3 times a year.

Injections of the product are allowed to be combined with contour plastic surgery, mesotherapy procedures are allowed immediately before peels and laser techniques. Botox injections can be made no earlier than 2 weeks after a course of polyrevitalization with RRS HA Tensor Lift.
 

Result of application

Rejuvenating, revitalizing and lifting effects are already visible after the first session. The skin becomes firmer, its contours tighten, the face becomes healthy and rested. Side effects in the form of redness and bruising disappear in a matter of days.

To prevent complications after injections, if mesotherapy was performed in the face area, you should not wash your face with water or use decorative cosmetics on the day of the procedure. Hot baths, heavy physical activity, bathing and swimming are undesirable for about a week. Exposure to UV rays for 2 weeks should be avoided.
 

Contraindications

Mesotherapy sessions are prohibited if:

• the patient is under 18 years old;
• pregnancy and lactation;
• blood diseases;
• taking anticoagulants;
• diabetes mellitus at the stage of decompensation;
• epilepsy;
• oncology;
• autoimmune disorders;
• tendency to keloid scars.

Temporary contraindications are acute respiratory infections, exacerbation of chronic diseases and the presence of skin infections in the injection area.
