Main characteristics

Mesotherapy cocktail is produced by the French company Fillmed Laboratory, which was established in 1978 and for 40 years was called Filorga Medical. After a complete rebranding, under which fillers, meso cocktails, preparations for biorevitalization, peelings, professional cosmetics are produced, became known as Fillmed by Filorga.

Mesotherapy products NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) is one of the first developments of the laboratory. The range includes 3 products, differing in the content of unstabilized hyaluronic acid in the product:

• NCTF 135 (2.5 mg/ml) - for young women and men;
• NCTF 135 HA (5 mg/ml) - for patients 30-35 years old;
• NCTF 135 HA+ (10 mg/ml) - for the category 35+.

The active components of the NCTF 135 cocktail, in addition to hyaluronic acid, are:

• 5 nucleic acids involved in the restoration of damaged tissues;
• 12 amino acids and related components that are necessary for the synthesis of collagen and elastin;
• 6 coenzymes that accelerate metabolism and promote cell regeneration;
• vitamins and minerals that strengthen the walls of blood vessels, thicken the tissues of the skin, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin is as close as possible to the polymer that is part of the connective tissue of the human body. This substance saturates the cells with moisture and makes the skin firm and elastic.

Application area

The preparation is injected into the face, neck and decollete area, as well as the scalp. 

Indications for mesotherapy are:

• photo and initial signs of chronoaging;
• dull complexion;
• dry, dehydrated skin;
• hyperpigmentation;
• vascular networking;
• flabbiness, loss of skin tone;
• scars, including those after acne;
• superficial wrinkles;
• seborrhea;
• hair loss.

Mesotherapy courses are recommended for skin recovery after trips to warm countries, after peels and resurfacing.
 

Procedure protocol

Fillmed NCTF 135 injections can only be performed by a specialist with a medical education. Before the injection treatment the skin is cleaned of makeup and impurities, wiped with antiseptic. Local anesthesia is used as desired by the patient.

The preparation is injected intradermally using techniques:

• nappage;
• papular;
• bolus.

The intensive course consists of 4-6 treatments that are administered at intervals of 3-4 weeks. Another 3 maintenance sessions are prescribed once every 3 months
 

Result of application

The effect of injections is already visible after one session. The skin gets an even tone and structure, it becomes elastic, the face shines with health. Injections in the scalp stop hair loss and improve the structure of the hair shaft.

Post-procedure swelling, bruising go away without interference. On the day of the procedure you should refrain from washing with running water and the use of heavy cosmetics. Another few days you should exclude hot baths, bathing procedures, going to the pool, the beach and the solarium. Exposed areas should be protected from ultraviolet light with sunscreen when going outdoors.

Contraindications

Mesotherapy can not be performed if:

• the patient is under 18 years old;
• pregnancy, breastfeeding;
• blood clotting, taking anticoagulants and thrombolytics;
• decompensated diabetes mellitus;
• autoimmune disorders;
• oncology;
• presence of skin lesions and inflammations in the area of the planned injections.

The procedure is also contraindicated if the patient is hypersensitive to the components of the cocktail, severe allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock in anamnesis.
