The mesotherapy solution for hair treatment is a part of the line of multicomponent cocktails of the South Korean company Caregen Co. Ltd, designed to solve various aesthetic problems through their introduction into the skin. The secret of the effectiveness of the trichological product is in the complex formula, each of the ingredients of which plays its role in restoring hair shafts and strengthening hair, preventing hair loss and protecting against damage.

The product contains four types of peptides:

• Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (CG-rejuline), which promotes hair bulb regeneration through cell regeneration;
• Copper Tripeptide-1 (CG-copperpeptide), which stimulates the formation of new blood vessels, improves blood circulation in the scalp, oxygenates the follicles;
• Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2), which is aimed at activation of collagen production, strengthening and acceleration of hair shaft growth;
• Oligopeptide-41 (CG-Keramin 1), which blocks the production of dihydrotestosterone, which weakens follicles and causes hair loss.

Moreover, the composition for scalp mesotherapy includes 24 amino acids, 13 vitamins, 4 nucleic acids, coenzymes, minerals, antioxidants. The cocktail is used for injections into the scalp for women and men regardless of age (but the patient must be at least 18 years), suitable for dry, normal and oily hair. Indications for mesotherapy with Dermaheal HL include:

• all types of alopecia, except scarring;
• hair loss of medium to high intensity, caused by genetic factors, stress, hormonal imbalances or improper nutrition;
• dry and itchy head skin;
• dandruff, seborrhea;
• thinning and weakening of hair;
• premature graying;
• dull color and hair brittleness.

Mesotherapeutic procedures are also recommended after perming, frequent coloring and over-drying hair with a hair dryer and other styling devices.

Procedure protocol

Scalp injections must be performed by a professional cosmetologist, trichologist or cosmetologist who has been trained in Dermaheal HL. The recommended techniques are nappage and papular. A mesoroller or dermapen can also be used. One bottle is enough for one procedure.
Treatment of hair and scalp is carried out in a course that consists of 6-10 sessions, the interval between them is 7 days. To maintain the result it is recommended to repeat the procedure every 3 months (1-3 sessions).
