Spanish enzyme preparation PB Serum High is a unique product for tissue therapy aimed at the treatment and prevention of all forms of fibrosis (even the deepest and long-term). The indirect lipolytic was developed by Proteos Biotech and contains a powerful enzyme complex and cross-linked hyaluronic acid. It is effective, safe, and at the same time, due to the indirect effect, it is non-traumatic and almost painless. 

The main active ingredient of the preparation is a highly concentrated collagenase GH PB220, which eliminates dead and non-functional areas of scarred and fibrous tissue. Additional components - lipase PB500 and lyalase ZI72K - accelerate tissue healing and allow to cope even with the most complicated forms of fibrous formations. 

Hyaluronic acid in PB Serum High helps to restore hydration of damaged skin, evenly fills all the voids and irregularities, provides the formation of new building proteins. 

The lipolytic does not contain products of animal origin, which makes it safe for allergy-prone patients with hypersensitivity. The product is presented in lyophilized form, which does not require harmful preservatives for storage, which reduces possible adverse reactions after the procedure with PB Serum High. The price of the product is quite high, so it is preferably used in the facial area.
 

Application area of PB Serum High Lipolytic 1,5 ml

PB Serum High will be especially effective:

Procedure protocol

The preparation PB Serum High is recommended for use only by an experienced specialist in a cosmetology salon or clinic. Before starting the procedure, it is recommended to make a thorough removal of makeup and disinfection of the treated areas. 

The contents of the vial with lyophilizate is diluted with hyaluronic acid, which is contained in a special syringe. It is very important to dissolve the powder completely and add the resulting mixture to the vial with the reducing buffer. To reduce discomfort you can add 2% lidocaine (2-3 ml) to the solution.

When the patient is standing, the cosmetologist marks out hollows and irregularities with a marker and then injects the product using a 27-30G (13 mm) needle in the following techniques:

• When treating all kinds of fibrosis, cellulite and stretch marks, the preparation is injected directly into fibrotic knots and stretch marks by blanching with papule formation. 
• Deep injection is applied to transplanted skin and scars.
• Superficially, subcision technique is used inside the recess for mechanical destruction of collagen protein fibers creating the knot itself and tension of the skin.

The injection is performed at the rate of 0.1-0.3 ml per 1 injection, but for deep deformities more preparation may be needed.

Due to its high collagenase content, PB Serum High lipolytic destroys damaged collagen fibers in tissues, which are the cause of fibrous formations and scars. After the first procedure the skin already begins to return to its natural state and structure, fills with moisture, becomes elastic and supple. Contraindications

Like all injection preparations, PB Serum High has a number of restrictions for use:

• allergy to any of the components of the preparation;
• age under 18 years old;
• systemic and autoimmune diseases;
• any lesions on the skin;
• general malaise, fever;
• exacerbation of chronic diseases;
• poor blood clotting;
• oncological tumors.
   

Regulations for transportation and storage

The preparation should be stored in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Reconstituted lyophilizate can be stored in refrigerator for not more than 8 hours.
