Filler based on hyaluronic acid is produced by the Italian division of the Swiss concern Matex Lab. Under the brand name Neauvia they produce fillers and preparations for biorevitalization, cosmetology equipment, cosmetics for professional and home use, as well as supplements for the preservation of youth and beauty.

Organic Intense without additional markings, along with Intense LV and Intense Man, belongs to the category of volumetric fillers and is the densest temporary gel implant in the Neauvia Organic line.

The Neauvia Organic Intense Bioimplant can be purchased on our website in a 1 ml syringe, complete with a 21G needle and 22G cannula.

The composition of the product includes:

• hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 28 mg/ml;
• the amino acids glycine and L-proline.

Hyaluronic acid fills the voids between the collagen and elastin fibers and by attracting water it compensates insufficient volumes of soft tissues, maintains the elasticity of the dermis and epidermis. Amino acids enhance the processes of tissue biostimulation.

The main difference between Neauvia Organic and other brands is the use of biocompatible polyethylene glycol (PEG) instead of the rather toxic stabilizing agent BDEE. This substance:

• is nonimmunogenic and hypoallergenic;
• prolongs the effect of the injection of hyaluronic acid under the skin;
• causes less swelling than BDDE;
• reduces the need for additional corrections.

The filler is classified as a class III medical product, meets the requirements of European legislation and has a CE certificate.
 

Application area of Neauvia Organic Intense, filler based on hyaluronic acid 1 ml

Injections of hyaluronic gel are performed in the face (mainly in the middle and lower thirds), on some parts of the body, as well as in the intimate area.

The indications for the procedures are:

• deep wrinkles, including nasolabial folds;
• facial oval deformities;
• facial asymmetry;
• the need to correct the shape of the nose;
• sagging of tissues;
• lack of volume in the cheekbone, chin and cheeks.

The product is ideal for women 40+, if necessary to correct facial features it can be used at a young age, but not earlier than 18 years old. For men, we recommend Organic Intense Man with a higher degree of hyaluronic acid cross-linking.

The gel creates a natural volume and does not dissolve, does not lose its shape when exposed to thermal and mechanical stress, so injections can be made in summer and before going on a trip to a hot country.
 

Procedure protocol

The procedure is done exclusively by a cosmetologist who has been trained and certified to work with fillers. The injections are performed on the skin treated with an antiseptic, and a local anesthetic is used to reduce pain. The gel is injected subdermally or supraperiostally in the technique chosen by the cosmetologist. After the injection with a needle or cannula, the specialist kneads the treated area, giving the dense filler the desired shape 
 

Result of application

The result of the volume filler becomes visible immediately after the procedure and reaches its maximum in 10 days. The volumizing and lifting effect lasts for 12-15 months. Side effects when injections are performed correctly are rare.

Until the skin heals, you should minimize touching the treated areas and refrain from using heavy, dense cosmetics. For several days after the session patients should lead a quiet life, postpone sports activities, swimming in the pool, visiting the sauna and solarium for a more favorable time. During the rehabilitation period it is not recommended to sleep on your stomach, face into the pillow, and to take alcohol or blood-thinning medications.
 

Contraindications

Beauty injections are contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, autoimmune pathologies, blood clotting disorders, oncology, inflammatory processes in the body and skin infections.
 

Storage and transportation 

Storage conditions - a cool place, protected from sunlight. Due to the fact that PEG is more resistant to temperature than BDDE, the filler can be stored at temperatures from +1C to +30C. It is not allowed to freeze the filler. Protect the package from impacts and mechanical damage.
