Main characteristics

The Aesthetic Dermal brand RRS produces preparations for biorevitalization and meso-cocktails for the face and body. The Hyalift line includes 3 biorevitalizing agents:

• Hyalift 35 is the lightest preparation for mild signs of aging, for women and men 25-35 years old;
• Hyalift 75 is a preparation for biorevitalization for antiage therapy and skin hydration intended for patients 35-55 years old;
• Hyalift 75 PROactive is an injectable gel for mature skin which formula includes polyphenols, antioxidants and amino acids in addition to hyaluronic acid.

The designation 35 in the product name means the content of hyaluronic acid in a 5 ml bottle. 1 ml of the finished product contains 7 mg of the active ingredient, the remaining fraction is taken up by the buffer solution.

Hyaluronic acid, which is included in the bioactive gel, is identical to the endogenous biopolymer, an important component of the intercellular matrix, so it is well absorbed by the dermal tissues. This intradermally injected polysaccharide:

• maintains the optimal hydrobalance of the skin;
• stimulates the work of fibroblasts responsible for the synthesis of collagen and elastin.

Hyaluronic acid helps to fill fine lines and activates regeneration processes.

Application area

Biorevitalization with the preparation RRS is recommended for the face, neck, decollete and the back of the hands. 

Indications for the procedure are:

• dull, unhealthy complexion;
• dryness, thinning of the skin;
• flabbiness, loss of elasticity;
• superficial wrinkles;
• uneven color and surface of the skin;
• photoaging and photodamage.

The product is also suitable for eliminating stretch marks on the abdomen. The preparation for biorevitalization is often used to prepare and restore the skin after a winter period, beach vacation, the use of aggressive apparatus techniques.
 

Procedure protocol

The scheme of the procedure is almost the same as the performance of any revitalizing beauty injections. Before the manipulation, the surface of the epidermis is cleaned of cosmetics, skin grease and dust residues. Anesthesia is not necessary, but for patients with a low pain threshold is still worth using applicative anesthesia. Recommended needle size is 30G, 32G.

The gel is injected into the dermis at a superficial level using the papule technique. One injection requires 0.1 ml of the preparation, the distance between the puncture points is 0.5-1 cm.  The average volume that is enough for one procedure is 3-5 ml. 

To obtain a stable revitalizing effect it is necessary to have a course of 4-6 sessions, which are held at one-week intervals. It is recommended to repeat the courses 1-3 times a year.

Biorevitalization can be performed just before chemical peels and laser procedures. After botulinum toxin rejuvenation, the course of injections should not be started before 2 weeks.
 

Result of application

The effect of injections of hyaluronic acid is already noticeable after one session, and increases throughout the course. The papules from the injections disappear within a day, bruises can remain for up to a week.

To prolong the result and prevent complications, on the day of the procedure, you should refrain from washing with running water and the use of decorative cosmetics, for a week - from visiting the pool, sauna, and to avoid heavy physical activity. For 4 weeks, the exposed skin areas where injections were performed, should be protected from the sun with a cream with a high SPF.
 

Contraindications

Injections of the preparation for biorevitalization are not performed in case of:

• pregnancy, breastfeeding;
• blood clotting disorder;
• autoimmune disorders;
• tendency to keloid scars;
• oncology;
• epilepsy;
• history of severe allergies.

Temporary contraindications to the procedure are acute respiratory viral infections and influenza, taking antibiotics and anticoagulants, inflammation of the skin in the area of the intended injection.
 

Storage and transportation 

Injection preparation is stored at +2C +35C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from damage, overheating, open sun, freezing.
