The designation H+L in the name of the injectable gel means that a high molecular weight (High - H) and low molecular weight (Low - L) hyaluronic acids are used for its production. In the manufacture of the product a unique patented hybrid technology NAHYCO is used, the features of which are:

• thermal stabilization, 
• several stages of purification of hyaluronic acid,
• absence of chemical cross-linking.

The concentration of the active component in the buffer solution is 32 mg/ml. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of human connective tissue. Low molecular hyaluronic acid provides deep intracellular hydration, increases skin elasticity, and tightening of the skin. High-molecular hyaluronic acid activates regenerative processes and has a lifting effect.

Biorevitalizing injections with Profhilo H+L support fibroblast activity and accelerate the synthesis of collagen and elastin. The use of thermogenic cross-links and the absence of BDDE in the preparation significantly reduces the risk of allergies and other undesirable immune reactions.

Application area of Profhilo H+L, preparation for biorevitalization 2 ml

Hyaluronic gel is used for injections on the face, neck, decollete and the back of the hands.

Biorevitalizing injections are recommended for patients with:

• dry, dehydrated skin;
• thinning of the skin;
• sagging and drooping of soft tissues;
• weakened facial contour;
• post acne scars.

The product is ideal for women and men with pronounced age-related changes, mostly with gravitational and fatigue type of aging.

The Profhilo H+L biorevitalization can be combined with botulinum toxin injections or contour plastics to intensify the anti-age effect.
 

Procedure protocol

The biorevitalization session is performed exclusively by a cosmetologist, who has been specially trained to work with the preparation. Before injections, the skin is necessarily treated with an antiseptic. The injections are quite easily tolerated without anesthesia, but if the patient wishes, local anesthesia can be used.

The main feature of Profhilo is the method of injection, which is radically different from classic biorevitalization injections. For procedures on the face, the technique of "bio-aesthetic points" is used, the number of which is 10 (5 on each side). The gel is injected into the deep dermis in a bolus technique. This is the manufacturer's proprietary technique, and it is designed to deliver the beneficial substances more deeply and ensure their most effective effect on the dermis.

• 1st point - zygomaticus fascia area, 2 cm from the outer canthus of the eye.
• 2nd point - the area of the tragus of the ear, 1 cm medially.
• 3rd point - the area of intersection of the line of the middle of the pupil and the line from the wing of the nose to the tragus.
• 4th point - the corner of the lower jaw, 1 cm from the upper third of the mid-chin line.

The consumption of the preparation is 0.2 ml.

The course consists of 2-3 sessions, performed once a month. A repeated series of procedures can be prescribed after six months.
 

Result of application

The effect of biorevitalization is already visible after one session and reaches a maximum of on average 4 months after the start of the course. The results last up to 6-12 months.

After a few hours, traces from the injections are often no longer visible, and the patient can immediately return to daily activities. It is not without reason that biorevitalization is called a "weekend procedure". In some cases, there may be slight swelling and bruising, which pass within a few days.

To avoid complications, it is not recommended to use skin-care and decorative cosmetics, drink coffee, alcohol and medications on the day of the session. Within a day you should minimize physical activity, within 2 weeks it is forbidden to sunbathe, go to a sauna. Protect exposed areas when going outdoors with cream with UV filters/
 

Contraindications

Biorevitalization Profhilo H+L (the price of which is high enough to risk injecting it if there are any questionable points) is contraindicated in:

• pregnancy, breastfeeding;
• cancer;
• blood clotting disorders;
• decompensation of diabetes mellitus;
• autoimmune disorders;
• epilepsy.

The injections are not given if there is an inflammatory process in the patient's body, if there are infections or wounds on the skin in the area of the intended injections, or if the person is taking blood thinning medications.
