Plinest One contains PDRN at a concentration of 2 mg/ml. Mastelli's patented polydeoxyribonucleotide PN-HPT is derived from the milk of salmon. The long-chain polymer is a fragment of cell DNA from the fish body.

The injection product is indicated for use in the area:

The product is suitable for reduction of destructive age-related changes, skin tightening after weight loss and childbirth. However, injections are recommended for patients at least 18 years old. 
 

Procedure protocol

The manipulation can only be carried out by doctors, cosmetologists who have been trained to work with the product and who have a certificate confirming their qualifications. Ampoules of gel are opened only in the presence of the patient.

The product is injected into the dermis with a 30G needle. For injections, the following techniques are used:

• linear;
• papular;
• classical (single injections);
• lattice;
• fan.

Skin is disinfected before the injections, and then the antiseptic is washed off with saline solution. The course consists of 3 procedures carried out with 2-week intervals. Contraindications

Biorevitalizing injections on the face or body with Plinest One are not indicated if:

• cancer;
• allergies to fish products;
• previous history of anaphylactic shock;
• diabetes mellitus in decompensation;
• epilepsy, mental disorders;
• autoimmune diseases;
• low blood clotting;
• dermatosis.

Temporary contraindications to the procedure are pregnancy and lactation, colds and other infectious diseases, taking blood thinning medications.
 

Storage and transportation 

The preparation for biorevitalization is kept away from sources of bright light and heat. The ideal place is a darkened room at the temperature of 20C-25C. Do not freeze!
