Main Characteristics

Preparations Fillmed are developed and produced by the French company Fillmed Laboratories, which was called Filorga Medical until 2018. For the 40th anniversary of the company, it was completely rebranded. The trademark Filorga, under which the products for beauty injections, peelings and professional cosmetics were produced, became known as Fillmed by Filorga.

The line M-HA is represented by two preparations for biorevitalization:

• 10 - light gel;
• 18 - denser product with a filler effect.

The X-HA series includes fillers of different densities, NCTF - meso cocktails.

The main active ingredient of M-HA 10 revitalizing gel is HA at a concentration of 10 mg/ml.

Hyaluronic acid is a component of epithelial, connective and nervous tissues in the human body. When injected intradermally, the polymer fills the lack of its own HA and creates a hydro reserve in the skin cells, due to which further hydration occurs and the skin tone is maintained. In addition, intradermal injection of the gel has a biostimulating effect, activates fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin synthesis.

The use of a unique patented technology makes it possible to obtain a product that is perfectly compatible with dermal tissues and does not cause rejection or allergic reactions.

Application area

The biorevitalization procedure can be performed in the area:

Procedure protocol

The injections are performed by a cosmetologist after consulting with the patient and excluding contraindications for biorevitalization. The skin is pre-treated with an antiseptic. The product does not contain lidocaine, so anesthetic gel or cream is used to reduce pain.

The preparation for biorevitalization is injected at a superficial level using a papular technique.  The course consists of a minimum of 3 sessions, with an interval of 2-3 weeks.
 

Result of application

The biorevitalizing effect can be seen after the first treatment and reaches its peak after the course is completed, lasting up to 6-9 months.

After injections, side effects are possible in the form of:

• swelling;
• bruising;
• pain in the puncture areas.

Undesirable effects go away in no more than a week. For the first 24 hours after visiting an aesthetic clinic or salon it is not recommended for patients to use decorative cosmetics and wash with water. Until the injured skin heals, it is necessary to limit hand contact with the injected areas. For 5-7 days, it is desirable to exclude alcohol, bathing procedures, and heavy exercise. If you go outside in sunny weather, you should use a product with a high UV-filter.

Contraindications

Biorevitalization is not recommended in cases:

• pregnancy and until the end of breastfeeding;
• under 18 years old;
• exacerbation of chronic diseases;
• epilepsy;
• cancer diseases;
• decompensated diabetes mellitus;
• clotting disorders;
• oncology.

Injections are also not given if the person is taking anticoagulants or if there is inflammation on the skin in the area of the planned injections.
 

Storage and transportation 

Storage temperature of the preparation is from 2C to 25C. Storage period is indicated on the box. Protect from direct sunlight, freezing and heating.
